We help people in the Netherlands swap, rent or sell their homes with confidence — using a modern matching engine, an interactive map, and direct private chat between owners. Our goal is to make finding (or trading) the right home in the Dutch market less stressful, more transparent, and a lot more human.

What 5Huis does

House swapping (ruilen) — find a 1-to-1 or 3-way circular match with another household.
Rent & sell — list your property and reach motivated buyers/tenants in your region.
Smart matching — preference-based scoring with transparent breakdowns of why two listings fit.
Direct messaging — chat privately with the other owner once both sides express interest.
Trust & transparency — verified listings, abuse reporting, GDPR-by-default, EU-only data hosting.
